This conference/meeting aims at two major purposes: paper presentations and agenda discussions for the EASS. The conference, on the one hand, is designed primarily to present a series of cross-national analysis results working on the Family module. Aside from the Family module, other papers working on data from related surveys, either national or cross-national, are also going to be presented. The General and Drafting Meetings, on the other hand, are each dedicated to the discussion of a set of agenda for the year of 2008 and to develop the questionnaires for the upcoming Health module.
